Why are there so many institutions listed in the Rota for a Borrowing request, when the item is only held by a few?
When a patron places a UBorrow request in Primo VE, the request is a title request. All of the institutions that own the title, either physically and electronically, will be listed, but only ones that hold the physical item will be selected for UBorrow "regular loan" Lending requests.
