Why does a permalink only contain "undefined&lang=en"?
Answer
The request to generate the permalink is being blocked by Ex Libris' firewall. Contact the FLVC Help Desk and we will file a Salesforce ticket with Ex Libris. Ex Libris' Cloud team will resolve the problem.
