Follow these steps to ensure your Mixpanel account is correctly configured and displaying accurate information:

Confirm Data Visibility on Reports Navigate to your reports to check if data is populating. If the charts are empty, you may need to adjust your data source:

Click on the menu in the top-left corner.

Select your correct Data View from the dropdown.

Adjust Date Filters for Go-Live If you are accessing Mixpanel after the official go-live date, verify your date range settings:

Do not set date filters to a timeframe prior to the go-live date.

Note: All data collected before the go-live date is test data and will skew your production metrics.
