Who Can Access FLA-Pass Resources
Per Florida Statute 1007.27 : "Students of Florida public secondary schools enrolled pursuant to this subsection shall be deemed authorized users of the state-funded electronic library resources that are licensed for Florida College System institutions and state universities by the Florida Postsecondary Academic Library Network."
